In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and educate patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and organize occupational therapy programs
- Provide home programming and family education
- Recommend modifications to work or living environments
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Conduct training on therapy techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in meetings, training, and performance improvement initiatives
- Support research and community education projects

Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license (CA)
- Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
- CPR certification & annual TB skin test
