Are you passionate about helping others regain their independence and improve their daily lives? Join our  team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)! In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of  a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and educate patients and their families. Responsibilities

  • Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and organize occupational therapy programs
  • Provide home programming and family education
  • Recommend modifications to work or living environments
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
  • Conduct training on therapy techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
  • Participate in meetings, training, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Support research and community education projects

Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (CA)
  • Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
  • CPR certification & annual TB skin test

Compensation: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
